I. Sonoba Kihon (basics in place)

(1) Shizentai, choku-zuki: jodan, chudan; then start with the same hand: jodan chudan. Observe relaxation of shoulders, neck, breathing (one exhalation per combination), extend spine and neck, fix fist (index and thumb) at the last moment with a wrist turn.

(2) Starting position: kibadachi: two choku-zuki in place, switch to zenkutsudachi diagonally, gyakuzuki (other words this is sambon rentsuki (two tsuki in kibadachi, one in zenkutsudachi).

Perform on two counts: on the first count gyakutsuki, on the second count two kibadachi punches. Ten counts slow and ten counts fast. After that, remove the blows with your hands. On the first count, switch sharply to zenkutsudachi with hands locking the hips (clap both palms on the outside of the thighs). On the second count, kibadachi with fixation of the thighs (clap the inner side of the thighs with both hands).

After that, return to performing the exercise with hand claps, but now the entire combination on one count. Rhythm: 1, 2-3 (gyakutsuki, two choku-tsuki).

(3) Starting position of heisoku dachi gedan kakiwake: Maegeri with putting the foot back to zenkutsudachi dachi, on the second count maegeri with the same foot back to heisoku dachi. Perform first on two counts, then two attacks on one count (please make sure the stance is fixed, do not stomp, do not shake). Make sure that the foot of the supporting leg is not turned around.

(4) Maegeri on place, step backwards - improvement of technique. Do the exercise in pairs: partner fixes the foot with one hand, put the other palm under the knee from behind, so that the supporting leg bends in place, the knee does not go back.

Ido Kihon (movement kihon)

All 10 times slow and 20 times fast.

(5) Chudan junzuki, gyakutsuki (watch the vibration in the hips, all shomen).
