WHITE BELT, 9-TH KYU
The applicant for this degree is required to know the etiquette of karate-do, the ability to perform and use the simplest technical actions. The examiner mainly monitors the correct basic form. It is important that the applicant correctly change the position of the center of gravity in the transition from the natural position to a straight stance and back. Punches and blocks must have the correct trajectory and the punching surface of the fist must be firmly formed.
